Summary: Immunofluorescence staining for vesicular GABA transporter (VGAT) in embryonic stem cells reveals a punctate localization.

Usage: Immunostaining and western blotting. After being blocked for 2 h in PBS containing 3% BSA and 0.3% Triton X-100 and after two washes in PBS, cells were incubated in primary antibody against VGAT (diluted 1:400).
