Biotinylated material + Streptavidin-ZAP are used in an equimolar ratio. View calculations below for the amount of biotinylated material, Streptavidin-ZAP, and PBS will be needed to mix your Streptavidin-ZAP conjugate.
Prepare Tube of Biotinylated Material Reacted with Streptavidin-ZAP:
- Add the calculated volume of Streptavidin-ZAP plus the calculated volume of Biotinylated Material.
- Pipet up and down to mix and incubate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Add PBS to bring up to final volume.
