This antibody recognizes histone H3 in human and mouse. Affinity-purified with histone H3 peptide. Conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) via reductive amination. The concentration is 250 mg/ml.
Reported to be effective for ELISA and immunoblotting.
